Precision Tea was created to share our love of tea and explore the different tea types available. We’ve been tea drinkers since before we can remember, and you can’t beat a nice cup of tea.
The name Precision Tea came about while Matt was joking with one of his friends back in 2019. Matt likes his tea made a certain way, known as builders tea here in the UK, which is strong tea with a splash of milk.
Matt was chatting with his friend and was telling a story about how another one of his friends measured the amount of milk Matt liked in his tea. It turns out the amount of milk is ½ tsp.
Because Matt runs a few other websites, his friend jokingly said you should create a site called Precision Tea.
Needless to say, Matt jumped straight to it and registered the domain name precisiontea.com, installed a basic website, and left it at that.
Due to the time constraints of both of us working on our other websites, we did not get time to work on Precision Tea until 2023.
The saying goes, “All good things come to those that wait,” we feel this saying fits Precision Tea perfectly.
